MOQ depends on the part, material and mould, so we discuss it based on your requirement. We are best suited to repeat, monthly production orders rather than one-off or very small quantity jobs.
Both. We arrange new moulds through our long-standing local mould maker, and we also run moulds supplied by customers. Minor repair and mould maintenance are handled in-house.
ABS, PP, PS, PC, PA6, PA66, POM, AS, PBT, ASA, TPE, TPU, PPS, PE and PET. We also do colour matching, flame retardant grades (V0, V1, V2), glass fibre and calcium carbonate filled grades, UV resistant and food grade plastics.
Yes. 2K moulding is part of our injection moulding service, for parts that combine two materials or colours such as soft-grip handles and sealed housings.
No. For metal, zinc and aluminium die-cast parts we provide spray painting only. You supply the parts and we finish them.
